Returns & Refunds

Returned products shall be unopened and sealed unless they are defective or the product are not as per order form. Product must be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Before returning the product, please call 03-62563888 (Jing Si Books & Cafe Kuala Lumpur) and provide your Order Number, date ordered, and Reasons of return.

Due to our products being naturally sourced, items may out of stock at any time. Our stock and inventory types may vary at times.
